CNA/CHHA
Shifts Available: 7am - 3pm, 3pm - 11pm, 11pm - 7am
Purpose of this position:
Each assisted living care manager is responsible for providing the hands-on care, both physical and emotional to assigned residents. The assisted living care manager supports the residents by serving in the dining room and by facilitating or participating in activities and outings. The assisted living care manager is responsible for effectively communicating with residents and families, and for notifying the assisted living coordinator of any chnages in condition or concerns.
Required Qualifications:
- Exhibits a caring and compassionate attitude while articulating true concern for people.
- Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in a resident's best interest.
- Exhibits a caring heart with a passion to care for elderly adult.
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Ability to prioritize and organized.
- Must possess a valid C N A or CHHA certification in the state of New Jersey or currently enrolled in an approved C N A or CHHA class by NJDOHSS and must not work in any healthcare facility in such capacity for a period of more than 180 days.
